Appendix A_Specifications is intended to give all the information required to suppliers/contractors who are applying for the Installation of Domestic and Commercial Heating Systems including the servicing and maintenance of Commercial Heating. Please note that Appendix B_ Quality Assessment and Appendix C_ Pricing Matrix must be fully completed for each individual Lot that the supplier wishes to submit a bid for.

Lot 1: INSTALLATION OF DOMESTIC HEATING SYSTEMS 2019 - 2022 Lot 2: INSTALLATION, SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMERCIAL HEATING

Tenderers must respond via In-tend:

• oIndicating whether they intend to submit a Tender; and, if so,
• oConfirming they are prepared to accept the conditions of Tendering set out in this ITT.

This must be sent via In-tend, no later than Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 17:00 and can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/greensquare/aspx/.

Requests for clarification or further information in respect of this ITT or the procurement are to be received by on or before Friday 14th June 2019 at 17:00.

The ITT submission must arrive via the In-tend portal no later than 17:00 on Friday 21st June 2019.

Please note that the ability to submit your tender will automatically close after the time and date specified above.
