The primary reason for proceeding with this project is to provide training to the ICs that will aid them within their role and enable a beneficial collaborative working relationship with Babcock Marine. This training will help build a better working relationship between the ICs and Babcock Marine, the training will also aid ICs in understanding their roles and responsibilities within the FMSP contract. The successful delivery of the training will drive up productivity, encourage a rich communication environment within the FMSP team and Babcock Marine and empower the IC to carry out their role. This will be delivered in a safe classroom environment allowing ICs to test out different supplier management methods.
