TfL has a sizeable retail portfolio with over 1,000 units throughout London. TfL have started a transition on the estate, to significantly improve the retail offering, to provide greater amenity for a sophisticated customer-base and deliver improved income for TfL.

This will be achieved by shifting the existing estate into a higher value market, developing new retail opportunities, and embracing favourable technology to develop cutting-edge retail concepts.

Commercial Development Team wish to appoint a Retail Operations Management specialist that can asses the output of our tenants, in terms of customer centric delivery and facilities care. The main purpose of this appointment is to develop a framework to work in partnership with our retailers to monitor performance trends and share results. The framework will monitor and shape the customer focused output of our retail partners. The expectation will be set in place for our retailers in their lease and we would like to look at measuring this output including customer insight.

Additional information: Please visit the TfL E-Tendering Portal for full details of the opportunity.

Please submit any clarifications and tender submissions through the portal.
