To work with Highways England as a Customer Experience Intelligence Partner during the re-procurement of the entire Dart Charge Service. The service will encourage 100% compliance and provide a frictionless customer-centric, multi-channel, socially inclusive road user charging scheme which is compliant with the UK government service standard. We are looking for a scalable and technologically mature service, which enables interoperability with other services, recognising the importance of data as an asset. This will be a state-of-the-art road user charging scheme, adaptable to changing policy objectives the changing ways in which the public interact with mobility services.
