Religious buildings construction work. Historic building repair with internal joinery and services alterations to the grade 1 listed church of All Saints, Allhallows. Works include repairs to galleted Kentish Ragstone and flint walling, slate roofs, cast iron rainwater goods, below ground drainage including archaeological monitoring of work within the burial ground, mechanical and electrical services and joinery work. Contract value £250,000 GBP approx. Tender issue will be subject to evaluation of expressions of interest and is anticipated in June 2020 subject to the successful award of a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant.

Evidence of a proven track record of conservation repairs including three examples demonstrating experience with the relevant materials with professional references.
Health and Safety record.
Statement of business structure with staff numbers and qualifications and turnover for the past three years.
Demonstration of experience in the role of Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations.
