The Council is seeking to appoint a client side consultant to fulfil the following services: Ecology, Environmental and Sustainability Consultant, for RIBA stages 2 to 7, with break clauses at each stage. In particular the consultant will be required to carry out an Economic & Environmental Assesment. This will include Life Cycle costing advice and calculation; and a Life Cycle Assessment. These together will provide RBKC with Economic and Environmental sustainability advice as decisions are taken on the project.
