Major & Minor Roads Resurfacing Programme, Swindon 2022

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of resurfacing / structural patching carriageway in Swindon which have been identified as in need of essential highway maintenance (detailed in the respective specification / drawings - including provision of all necessary traffic management).

Two proposed works packages are to be delivered within one contract given the similarity in discipline, specification and delivery period. The works for delivery are fully detailed within the tender documentation & will include:

Contract Period

The initial contract term will be for 7 weeks as stated in the ITT documents.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract by Tuesday 31st May 2022, 1200 hrs noon UK Local time.

The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications.
