East Suffolk Council ('the Council', 'ESC') is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide Development / Project Management services, in line with the RIBA Plan of Work 4-7. ESC is seeking an organisation with the ability to provide end to end solution for the detailed design and delivery of this exemplar housing scheme.
