Outline Business Case - Dark Fibre Commercialisation

DCMS has indicated it wishes to roll out full fibre networks across the UK that will support the deployment of 5G infrastructure. Through its Local Full Fibre Networks programme (LFFN), government is asking local authorities to submit proposals on developing local dark fibre, in collaboration with other public sector bodies.
