This research is intended to inform MoD and wider government understanding of how to engage and inform, influence or change the behaviour of overseas audiences. Specifically, the research will develop guidance alongside a supporting framework that will aid information activity practitioners in understanding variation in cultural dimensions to inform the design and delivery of information operations to achieve a range of effects aimed at a range of culturally-diverse audiences.
