Medway Council wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation (the Consultant) to a provide a strategy for flood risk management for the Chatham Waterfront area to reduce the current risk of flooding and provide a 1 in 200 year standard of protection throughout the embayment area, taking into account the impacts of climate change
