NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 January 2017 for the following reason: Extension of return deadlineCivil engineering works to pave the unmade visitor parking areas; construction of two tarmacadam spine roads and areas of reinforced concrete in the parking areas at Hylands Estate, Greenbury Way (A414), Chelmsford, CM2 8WQ\n Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 70% price and 30% experience.
