Survey Collection and Reporting services on behalf of LiveWest
We are focused on delivering excellent services for our customers and recognize that in order to do this we need to understand our customers experiences and expectations of services by utilizing customer feedback to inform decisions about strategy and service improvement.
LiveWest are looking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and competent research services provider to deliver our programme of customer surveys and work with us to gather customer feedback that drives improvement and value for money across our services.
