Northamptonshire County Council Transport Services Framework 2016

Northamptonshire County Council (the ?Authority?) wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of Passenger Transport Services. This Framework will commence on 1.6.2016 is for the initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 2, 12 month period extensions making 4 years in total.

Additional information: Northamptonshire County Council (the ?Authority?) wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of Passenger Transport Services. This Framework will commence on 1.6.2016 is for the initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 2, 12 month period extensions making 4 years in total. Over a 4 year period, it is anticipated that the Authority and the OCB's named in Section 1.1.14 are likely to spend an estimated 62 300 000 GBP on transport. There are no anticipated minimum or maximum number of providers on this Framework.

The Call-off Contracts awarded under this Framework will be quite varied based on the requirements of vehicle size. Contracts will be awarded for the following vehicle capacities: ? 5 to 8 seat vehicle;

? 9 to 16 seat vehicle;

? 17 to 50 seat vehicle;

? 51 + seat vehicle.
