GBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced architect to undertake a project to design a residential-led development to RIBA Stage 3 (planning permission) for the Guildford Park Road (GPR) site.Bidders are expected to provide case studies and details evidencing the required technical and professional ability.
