Event Health & Safety Services - Lambeth Country Show 2020

The following Health & Safety Services are required for Lambeth Country Show 2020:

• Authoring and production of an Event Safety Plan.
• Authoring and production of Event Emergency Plan.
• Authoring and production of a Risk Assessment.
• Authoring and production of a Capacity Plan.
• Review and make comment on any safety related documents, systems and procedures supplied by London Borough of Lambeth or designated contractors.
• Review and make comment on supplied contractor safety documentation including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Attendance of five planning / SAG meetings. Additional attendance of sub-group meetings may also be required.

• Supply of an onsite Event Safety Co-ordinator / Consultant on the following days:
• o14 - 17 July 2020 inclusive (4 day show build dates)
• o18 & 19 July (2 day live event dates)

• Authoring and production of a post event safety report with recommendations, where necessary

Please provide a full quotation in pdf format as well as at least two relevant case studies of your previous work. Further details about the event can be found in Appendix A.

The successful supplier will be required to undertake this full scope of works as outlined above, but must also be prepared that this scope may vary and can be dependent on changes made by the event organisers at any stage leading up to the event.

The deadline for responding to this RFQ is 4pm on Monday 6 January 2020 with the intention to commence the contract the following week.
