The Service Provider is required to provide targeted support for Service Users who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have a current Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) and who are either at risk of permanent exclusion from school or have been permanently excluded from school. The Services must ensure that statutory requirements regarding excluded students are met and are provided in accordance with the Law.
