DWP has embarked on a critical and ambitious transformation programme, acknowledged as a top priority for the Department. The programme will see the Department achieve the principles within the Target Operating Model, achieve significant efficiency savings and deliver a transformed experience for citizens.
This needs to be achieved at incredible pace and in an exceptionally challenging environment - balancing unprecedented demand on services, limited available investment and delivery impacts of Covid 19.
Supplier will provide three key areas of change acceleration:
- Benefit driven implementation plans.
- Build the new change capability team.
- Architect the channel shift and TOM implications.
