Library Lighting Solution at two venues Central Library and Wednesbury Library

Overview

The Council wishes to purchase two lighting and sound solutions, plus presentation equipment, for two cultural spaces situated in Wednesbury and Central Library.

The procurement would be to provide the equipment for both venues this needs to include lighting, sound and presentation equipment.

Central Library room dimensions: 14m x 10m; ceiling 3.8m to 5.8m

Wednesbury Library room dimensions: 14m x 8.5m; ceiling 2.5m to 4m

The equipment must be easy for the operator to use but allow for future additionality.

Installation work should ensure the Grade-II listed status of both buildings is respected, and drilling required should be identified in survey plans.

Site surveys are highly recommended to provide the best response.

Contract length will be for three years, to include support and maintenance for that duration.

The total cost for this project including equipment, training, delivery, installation and annual support and maintenance for the duration of the contract (and any other costs for delivering this contract in line with the Specification) MUST NOT EXCEED £99,999 including VAT.
