Comprising 193 - 219, 160 - 192 and 70 - 98 St Marys. The works also include isolation and capping off of existing electricity, gas, water and telephone services serving the blocks, including the management of meter removals from individual properties.

We are also requesting a price from Tenderers to complete the Demolition of 28 - 69 St Marys (including 117 - 125 Wheelers Cross) and 99 - 122 St Marys, to the same level of specification as for the above sites.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
