WCC - Purchase of Mobile Plant Waste Handlers and maintenance, servicing and repair provision

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is seeking tenders for up to 4 Mobile Plant Waste Handlers to be used at Warwickshire Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs), as well as Maintenance, Servicing and Repair Provision for these vehicles for 5 years. One contract will be awarded.

Additional information: The Council is seeking tenders for the purchase of Mobile Plant and full maintenance, servicing and repair provision over the Term of the Contract. The Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) require reliable mobile plant waste handlers to be used for wastehandling / loading operations. The loading and moving of waste is essential to the safe and efficient operation of the HWRCs, to maximise recycling and weights in containers.

The ITT has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system.

Any queries or requests for clarification MUST be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification.
