To provide and deliver a programme that will raise the Apprenticeship participation rate of BME young people in Leeds.

The programme will engage with BME young people aged 16-24 years in the Leeds Local Authority.

The provision will engage with the individual, identify and address barriers to accessing Apprenticeship opportunities using a range of specialist support to move the Participant into an Apprenticeship opportunity.

The provision will include raising awareness and engagement activity to increase the number of Apprenticeship starts by BME young people
