The Council is seeking a Contract with a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to undertake the following activities:
To review Derbyshire County Council's proposed Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Strategy 2015 - 2018 (Appendix D) to ensure that it will deliver the Council's aims and aspirations and to suggest alternative approaches where these may be more beneficial.
To evaluate the opportunities for the Council to generate income or reduce costs by better utilising investment in ICT infrastructure.
