Provision of Maintenance Services

Neller Davies, acting of behalf of its client, are gathering interest from suitable suppliers involving a potential future procurement exercise for a Legal Firm based in Manchester. The firm's Global Centre is based in Salford with a building occupancy around 700 administrative, service support and legal employees. This is a 24/7 operation although a majority of staff are hybrid working, there is still a need to operate the building to support worldwide operations out of normal office hours.

The firm is seeking a partner to work on a collaborative basis and will appoint after an initial 1 year period and this could be extended annually or as determined in the procurement process. It is critical that the service provider has a good cultural fit with the firm and has the professional and technical competence to deliver the services. The opportunity is open to SME's, corporates, not-for-profit organisations with a focus on supporting the Greater Manchester & wider North West England business communities.

We are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of Maintenance Services. Which is to provide planned and reactive maintenance services to the firm's demise including M&E, HVAC, Fabric, Statutory & Mandatory compliance predominantly to SFG20 standards. Some key services are provided by the landlord's managing agent and it is expected that the supplier will work closely with this team.

Ideally we would prefer organisations based within the Greater Manchester area, but the client is willing to consider an expanded geography to include Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cheshire, Merseyside etc.
