SBS on behalf of NHS England is inviting bids for a supplier to evaluate the NHS England Maternity Transformation Programme. This is five-year national programme that was informed by the 2016 National Maternity Review, 'Better Births'. \
The evaluation will retrospectively explore whether the programme has helped to deliver safer and more personalised care for women, including an assessment of how well the vision from Better Births has\
been implemented. \
