Appointment of Lead Architect to work on a secondary school expansion project to deliver a new build 6th form block. The Lead Architect will complete all necessary design works, submit and obtain full planning approval for the expansion to proceed. Full architectural services are required in accordance with current guidance and standards, following RIBA stage 1-7.
