| 1.10 | The Authority are seeking to implement a system across their hospital sites for a wireless temperature monitoring system that will deliver the following objectives; |
| • | To improve the Authority's overall regulatory compliance with medicines management standards |
| • | Reduce wastage of medicines and the associated financial impact |
| • | Provide a high level of assurance for patient safety |
| • | Release nursing and pharmacy staff time to provide care |
