We are seeking a provider who is able deliver a FA Level 1 in Coaching Football. The provider must be able to support participants with additional needs or complex barriers.
Service Provider must:
- oinclude the price of transport within the quote when applicable;
- odeliver from a location in the Black Country that is accessible by public transport, outlining the planned delivery locations and venues to be used during the course;
- oadhere to health and safety rules and regulations being fully responsible for all risk assessments including external activities; provide PPE where necessary and report any accidents/incidents in a timely manner;
- oreport on performance against agreed targets at a timeframe to be agreed and specified in the contract proposal
