The Workforce Development service supports the Holiday Activity & Food (HAF ) delivery by providing a needs-led training programme to ensure the Healthy Holidays workforce of staff, volunteers and young ambassadors are provided the means and opportunity to develop skills and competencies to enable providers to meet the required minimum operating standards. Training workshops, formal qualifications and learning through experience support providers to deliver a safe, fun, and inclusive holiday programme.
