The four Black Country Authorities (BCAs) of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton are seeking to commission a Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) and Outline Water Cycle Study (WCS) to support the review of the Black Country Core Strategy (BCCS).
