Millfields Play Area - Design and Build Contract

Hackney Council is seeking an experienced contractor with specialist expertise in the design and construction of robust naturalistic play areas to deliver the physical renewal of the play area at Millfields Estate (between Caldecott Way and Millfields Park, E5 0DA), consisting of developing the design of the scheme and managing the delivery of the works through to completion (including the provision of equipment and landscaping). The Council invites competitive Design & Build quotes from suitable contractors for a fixed price contract to run from 01 August 2019 to the end of December 2019.
