Tenders are invited for the provision of void property management, repair services and Garden Maintenance Services. The Council currently leases eight (8) properties to provide temporary accommodation for homeless households during the period when permanent re-housing is being served. Services required include but are not necessarily limited to: Void Management Essential Repairs Emergency Repairs Garden Maintenance
