North America Events Supplier List

The Department for International Trade (DIT) is looking for a supplier network of events providers across the USA capable of delivering a variety of type and scale of events on behalf of the Authority's clients (UK companies).

On an ongoing basis DIT may receive enquiries from its Clients (UK companies) who are seeking events support. DIT shall provide these Clients with a list of its events partners in the US State its client wishes to work in with whom the Client can engage to scope their events project.

The list of events partners provided by the Authority to its Client in a given US State shall include information to enable the Client to make an informed decision on which of DIT's provider(s) to approach to quote to deliver their event. This information may include the provider name, point of contact, any events or sector specialisms of the provider and the rate card agreed between the Authority and the provider for the services.

The Client shall then be responsible for brokering a Project Agreement directly with one or more event partners to deliver its requirements. The Authority may at its discretion elect to support Clients in this process.
