Mobile Catering Concession - Mill Lane Car Park, Portsmouth

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.

The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to providing a hot and cold food and drink catering concession at Mill Lane Car Park, Portsmouth.

The offer must include the sale of hot and cold food and drunks and the Council's preference is for offers to include healthy options. Please note, offers that include the sale of ice cream and those that include the sale of alcohol will not be considered.

The pitch site must be vacant at the end of each trading day and therefore the concession must be mobile or have the ability to be removed at the end of each trading day. Trading is permitted 7 days per week between the hours of 10am and 1am.

The successful bidder will deliver a rental income to the Council in the region of £8,000 per annum. Rental income will be reviewed every 12 months in line with RPI.

The pitch is offered with a 12 month licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 12 months, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
