Invitation To Tender for a retail concession unit at Marine Lake Health and Wellbeing Centre, West Kirby. Wirral

Wirral Community Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust are developing proposals to construct a new community health facility in West Kirby, Wirral. The development already has Planning Consent and will be known as Marine Lake Health and Wellbeing Centre. Development of the site, and completion of all building works is due to be complete by November 2021. The Centre will provide GP services, from up to 20 GP's at any one time, and Community Health services to the local population in a total building floor area of circa 2150 square meters.

The Centre will occupy a prominent position in the heart of the West Kirby community, opposite the main public car park and Leisure Centre / Library, and close to the main high street. There is expected to be significant daily footfall through the building with Reception / Waiting seating for between 80 and 100 people to be provided.

The Trust are initially seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations that may be interested in occupying a Commercial Opportunity space that has been allocated by the Trust in a prominent position at the front of the Ground Floor of the building. The total lettable area is circa 100m2 with a dedicated access for service delivery if required. The Trust would be willing to review all proposed interest and usage of the space at this point, and will confirm their onward proposals for the bidding process as soon as possible
