This tender is for the construction of an extension to the existing Bathroom Management Area (BMA) at Three Springs Resource Centre, Pershore.
The works entail:
- oExtension and alterations to the existing BMA
- oMechanical and Electrical installations
- oLandscaping and drainage
- oRepairs because of an asbestos R&D survey being undertaken previously.
- oRemoval of asbestos fascia boards
