The Council is seeking to procure a contractor to design and build the following scheme:
- oProject Name: Hartham Leisure Centre
- oProject Address: Hartham Lane, Hartham Common, Hertford, SG14 1QR
The proposed construction works will comprise the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing leisure centre. This will entail demolishing an existing single storey structure and replacing it with a two-storey construction and refurbishing other areas.
