Bernicia are looking for a provider to complete a programme of construction works across the Racecourse Estate in Houghton Le Spring.
The works include but are not limited to Brick wall repointing, repairs & clean downs, Paving Works, Metal Railings & Gates, Wooden Fences & Gates & Landscaping. A full programme of works is included within this tender pack.
