All-terrain mobility scooter tender specification'f

The Morecambe Bay Partnership invites you to tender for the supply of all -terrain mobility scooters (and accompanying accessories) which have been specially designed / adapted for people with disabilities and that can cope with a wide range of terrains, surfaces and surroundings within the Morecambe Bay region.

The all-terrain mobility scooters should provide for users from across the spectrum of disabilities and for those returning from ill health, who would struggle to be mobile otherwiseMorecambe Bay. Partnership (MBP) developing a series of high quality fully accessible routes for the Morecambe Bay area including a network of suitable all terrain mobility scooters for hire, in Summer 2017 - the More to Explore programme.

These new routes and associated all-terrain mobility scooter hire facilities will open up parts of Morecambe Bay to a wider range of users allowing the discovery and exploration of the rich cultural and environmental heritage of the area.
