Origin Housing requires a specialist project manager to oversee the Procurement of its Responsive Repairs and Voids Contract, estimated at £6.2 million per year. The PM must have relevant experience in this field and experience working with Housing Associations in general. Their role will include managing the Option Appraisals, responsible for managing the procurement of the repairs and voids contract and managing the contract transition and its mobilisation.
