The purpose of this Tender is to enter into a Schedule of Rates Contract for Day to Day Responsive Repairs, Installations and Planned Maintenance, including Out of Hours Emergency Works - Glazing Works, to buildings owned by the Council or in which the Council has an interest e.g. Libraries, Leisure Centres, Administration Centres, Industrial Units and Schools etc. within the administrative boundaries of the Council.
