GB-London: CPT_23_36 - Social Media Publishing, Engagement, Analytics, Monitoring and Listening

The National Audit Office is procuring one or multiple services to cover social media publishing, analytics and monitoring. This procurement is split into two lots.

Lot 1 is for social media publishing and engagement, to allow for the creation, scheduling and publishing of content to multiple platforms, and engaging with users who make any direct mentions of the NAO. The service must include publishing to Twitter and LinkedIn.

Lot 2 is for social media analytics, monitoring and listening. This includes customisable reports that cover both our own channels and conversations driven by our campaigns, including media coverage and stakeholder engagement. It also covers live monitoring of our channels, plus monitoring and listening using multiple search queries for key topics and influencers, allowing for complex query filtering.

We expect the service to be on a user-friendly platform that does not require advanced technical skills to use. It should allow for multiple users, and comply with our GDPR and Information Security requirements.

The service should also include training and support, and make the most of new technologies such as AI / machine learning to add value to our work through innovation and efficiencies.
