THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH COMMISSIONED GENERAL PRACTITIONERS PREVENTION SERVICES

Haringey Council ("the Council") invites tenders from General Practitioners to deliver the provision of Public Health commissioned General Practitioners Prevention Services.

The aim of the services is to improve the health of Haringey residents and reduce health inequalities by providing services that are tailored to local health needs and improve outcomes of residents in their communities.

The service provision may be broken down into multiple lots, for example:

General Practitioners will need to demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements for delivering the service as set out within the procurement documents.

Length of the Contract:

The contract shall run for a period four (4) years with an option to extend for a further period or periods of up to a total of four (4) years in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and subject to satisfactory performance. For avoidance of doubt, the maximum length of the contract would be eight 8) years, if extended. Anticipated contract start date will be 1st April 2022.
