005951 - Kitchen Electrical Installation Works

The City Council is wishing to appoint one Framework Partner to undertake kitchen electrical installation works, including all preliminaries, project management, programming and electrical installations, as part of a refurbishment scheme of Council owned properties in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The properties will be occupied during the refurbishment works and a safe and healthy environment is to be maintained at all times. There are likely to be approximately 159 properties in the scheme. The Contract period is for 7 months, the proposed programme commencement date is Monday 14th August 2017 and the programme completion date is Friday 30th March 2018.
