Housing Stock Condition Survey

<b>Works to be purchased</b> Swindon Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a Stock Condition Survey of the Council Housing Stock and prepare a Program Plan for the stock.<b></b> <b>Scope of Goods/Services/Works</b> The work required under this contract relates to the provision of a Stock Condition Survey to a sample of properties within the Swindon Borough Council housing stock. Full details relating to the requirements are provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document: <b>Other Information </b> The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% total price and 30% quality. <b>Contract Period</b> The contract will be for a period of 7 months commencing 1 September 2015. The tender documents/Pre-Qualification Questionnaire are/is included within this webpage as 'Contract Attachments'. Responses are required to be submitted no later than 23rd July 2015, 12.00GMT.
