Asian Women's Refuge - 2024

Bedford Borough Council ('the Authority') wishes to tender for the provision of an accommodation-based support and operation of one specialist domestic abuse refuge in Bedford Borough. The successful provider will need to provide a suitable 6-bedroom property from which the service will operate.

The Authority wishes to appoint a single Provider to deliver accommodation-based support in Bedford Borough for Asian women fleeing domestic abuse, with or without dependent children under 16, scope and key features of the provision, specific requirements for delivery, and the outcome-based approach used to commission, deliver, and monitor services.

The Contract term is three (3) years with a further two (2) years in twelve-month instalments.
