P0371 - Management Development Training - AWARD

Birmingham City Council are seeking for organisations to tender for a framework agreement for the provision of management and employee development training services to support the Councils internal learning and development function in delivering learning programmes related to the lots detailed below for a period of 4 years.

The new framework will be split into six lots as detailed below:

Lot 1 - Business Improvement and Consultancy

Lot 2 - Equality and Diversity

Lot 3 - Provision of Development Centres, including Certified Diagnostic Assessments Lot 4 - Leadership and Management

Lot 5 - Coaching

Lot 6 -Digital Media including eLearning

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
