Portsmouth City Council 'the Council' is inviting quotations from suitably qualified software provider to deliver insurance claims handling software.
Portsmouth City Council's insurance department handles all of the council's claims in-house. The council is looking for a claims handling system that allows new claims to be recorded, managed and seen through to conclusion, with diary and task management functions, document creation, document management and reporting functions.
