| o | Sub-cohorting people into groups to define the workforce requirement per group and support a caseload model for capacity and demand planning. |
| o | Defining the capabilities required in the workforce to meet the needs of those requiring the service, i.e., registered therapists, unregistered therapy workforce and wider workforce skill mix -which may inform any national metric. |
| o | Model volumes required per skill/capability to meet current demand and for increase in demand. |
| o | An Intermediate Care Strategic Workforce Plan and Model, including baseline of the current Intermediate Care Workforce (where this is known / data is available); and supporting the development of action plans to close the gap, including identifying any early "quick wins" or re-calibration that can help decompress UEC settings and promote inpatient flow in acute settings. |
