General Building and Joinery Works

To supply General Building and Joinery Works as required throughout the Contract period to be performed at any of the Authority’s premises and other leased premises located around Lancashire.

A Framework Agreement will be implemented and the requirements of the Authority will be performed utilising Call-Off Contracts for both pre-planned work and emergency call outs.

There are 2 Lots:

Lot 1 will cover all minor Building and Joinery Works with an individual project value of below £500 and one (1) supplier will be awarded to undertake these minor Works.

Lot 2 will cover all Building and Joinery Works with an individual project value of over £500 and three (3) suppliers will be awarded to the Framework Agreement undertake these Works.

The category covers urgent and pre-planned work and emergency call out.

Services may be required 365 days per year, 24 hours per day, i.e. to include Emergency Call Outs.
